Recipient groups

Only persons with a contact email address will appear in any list of recipients. When you select an item from the Recipients drop down list in the Mail Template, the list of recipients will be shown in the Recipients box.

Currently the following recipient groups are implemented:

All accepted speakers of this conference

This will add all speakers and moderators of the current conference who have an accepted and confirmed event and whose state is confirmed to the list of recipients.

All persons with the role reviewers

This will add all persons with the role reviewer to the list of recipients.

Missing slides

This will add all confirmed speakers with a confirmed event who wanted to send slides but haven't done so yet.

All speakers of all conferences

This will add all speakers/moderators of all conferences no matter whether there events where confirmed and who wanted to receive email notifications by pentabarf.

Variables

The following variables may be used in the text and subject of the mail

{{name}}

The name of the recipient.

{{person_id}}

The person-id of the recipient.

{{conference_acronym}}

The acronym of the conference if the recipients are conference specific.

{{conference_title}}

The title of the current conference if the recipients are conference specific.

{{email}}

The email address of the recipient

{{event_title}}

A comma-separated list of the events in question.
