General

At the general tab of the person page you can enter the names, title, gender and the languages the person speaks.

The name displayed in exports is taken from the name fields. The highest priority has the public name which serves as an override for the other values. If no public name is set the name shown in exports is composed of the first name and the last name. If neither of these exist the nickname is chosen and if the nickname is not set either the last fallback is the login name.

You can also upload an image of the person. When the public flag for the image is set the image will be included in exports like the HTML-Export.

Events

Here you can see and modify all events of the current conference the person has a role in. You can also see events of other conferences where this person was a speaker or moderator.

Contact

At the contact tab you find email, instant messaging, phone numbers and the address of the person. All information on this page except the public email address is global. The public email address is per conference and is also shown on the speaker page at the HTML-Export.

Description

On this tab you can modify the abstract and the description of the person.
